What happens after you get in touch
When you send an enquiry it goes straight to our own estate planning team, never a call centre and never a third party. We aim to call you within one working day, at a time that suits you, for a free and no-obligation conversation about what you would like to put in place.
That first call is about understanding your situation: who you would want to inherit, who you would trust to make decisions if you could not, and whether anything (a property, a business, young children, a second marriage) makes your circumstances more involved. There is no script and no pressure to proceed.
If we can help, we explain exactly what we would do and what it would cost before any work begins. Our fees are fixed and agreed up front, and we are paid by you rather than by commission, so our advice is not steered by anyone else’s product. If a will, a lasting power of attorney or a trust is not right for you, we will say so plainly.
Estate planning (wills, lasting powers of attorney and trusts) is not regulated by the FCA. Anything we publish is general information rather than personal legal or financial advice; the right approach depends on your own circumstances, which is what that first conversation is for.
